Many BIG plays in the game.

Ibarra's play on Kemp's soft grounder, with two on, was also a very fine play. Charging hard from 3rd to get the soft grounder, and threw out Vandy's quickest player, Kemp. Inning over!

Remember that time Ibarra fielded a slow roller?

That was awesome!

I was assuming the three outfield plays by Stevenson and Foster would get the most pub as "Great Plays". All three were indeed Great, but getting the quickest guy on the field, on a tough infield roller, was also a big time play, but more likely to be under appreciated. Kudos to Ibarra for nice play!

Katz made a nice snare on a hot shot down the 1st base line.

Ibarra's been my favorite player on this team all year. Every time we've needed him to come up big, he has. Unsung hero.
