I am not so sure about this. The way Indy came back after game 1 means a lot. I myself thought the Heat would come out blazing last night. The matchups [all-around] favor the Pacers.........

Public perception is driven by being prisoner of the moment.

Everyone started spouting off about how Chicago had a great chance to knock the heat off after they won game 1 of that series. Well we see how that turned out.

Don't be prisoner of the moment. The Heat take this series and move on to play in their 3rd straight NBA finals.

Ray Allen should be a better player. Miami should be up 2-0

Exactly.

I wish I could bump the thread from last year where the Heat were losing the series 2-1 and everybody was throwing dirt on them.

seems like it

I do think the Pacers have been constructed to beat the Heat - but in spite of Hibbert and West I think the Heat will eventually advance. It is going to be enjoyable though... they won't do it if Lebron doesn't have some amazing games in 3 of the next 5.

FWIW if Memphis were to come out of the West that would be another bad size matchup for the Heat

The pacers play the right way if you're going to beat the heat. Doesn't mean they are the better team. The pacers are going to take this to 6 or 7 games but Miami is going to win. Too much talent

How so? Hibbert would have had his back turned to Lebron chasing Allen. Would he have just camped in the lane and not covered Allen?

I guess everyone forgets the freak shot and foul by Wade and missed free throw by Ray. There is no way in hell the Pacers SHOULD have won game one. Buncha clowns around here.

the Heat could win the next 17 titles and people would still overreact every time they lose 1 game.
