Thoughts on fishing Slidell bridges on Fri afternoon?

I am thinking about going to the Trestles, Twin Spans, Hwy 11 and Rigolets to fish all of the bridges for trout on Friday afternoon.
Anyone have any tips on side(s) of the bridges? Bait (since I am sure they'll be out of live shrimp by the afternoon)?, etc?

Go to Dockside. Talk to Chas. Buy what he tells you and fish.
If you are close to that area I would fish Shell Beach.

Trestles will probably have about 150 boats on it each day this weekend.
