2009 F-150 Lock Problems

So my keyless entry stopped working on my truck a few weeks ago so I had just been using the keypad on the door.
Well now that isn't working good either......sometimes it doesn't open the drivers door.
Then last nigh it started only opening the passenger side doors so the only way I have to get in the truck is to use the key.
My question is:
1. What might the problem be?
2. What might it cost to get this fixed?
Alternate Question.
What should my $$$$ limit be in fixing this before I just buy a new truck.

Just trade it in. Before you know it, a headlight will go out too.
ETA: my power locks on my 2008 GMC work about 20% of the time. The front passenger side is the only one that works every time.

Sounds like an issue with the smart junction box. All keyless entry is controlled by this box. Previous to the 09 year models there was a body security module but your year model does not have this module.

MJ2...
How much do you know about the can-bus system in the 2011 F150s?

Could be the door lock actuators.
They are located on the actual door latch itself.
An easy way to check to see if door lock actuators are bad:
A.Get in your truck, shut door. Put key in ignition, lock and then unlock your doors.
B. Turn your key 8 times(don't bump the starter though). You should hear your door lock actuators cycle(click-click).
If you hear them cycle, then the next thing could be your key fob(clicker).
An OE key fob(clicker) at the Ford dealer is about $60. They can usually program your key fob to your truck in about a minute.
Lets us know.
