What is the Music Board's opinion of these guys? Just started listening; enjoying "Hello Operator", "Seven Nation Army", and "Fell in Love With a Girl" for starters.

As you will find, this list can be quite lengthy. Do yourself a favor and just dive in head first. I own most everything in Jack White's catalog of projects, have not been disappointed yet. Others mentioned looking into The Raconteurs, may I also add The Dead Weather and his solo work.
Some may not like him but that's just like their opinion man. Jack White has a talent for writing good songs with some meaningful lyrical content. Pretty good musician as well. Enjoy ya trip!

They're pretty freaking solid. I don't glorify them like some do, but they have a few songs that are great.

I recognize his talent, but I think he is a bit glorified and overrated, personally. I have no qualms with someone who disagrees; just a matter of personal opinion, really.

I think he's one of the more creative and talented musicians right now.

Hell, I even like the Dead Weather. Jack White is greatness. But rough and raw rock n roll is sort of my thing.

Great songwriter, inventive musician, great performer. Apparently works his arse off to keep creating, that's to his credit as well.
