beautiful stadium. i don't see why they aren't in the rotation more often.

sure public transportation could be improved, but that'll get done in plenty of time. i bet the Reliant Area will be stunning.


wonder if this forces the city of Houston's hand with the old Astrdome.



just for mattz and port: is there a plan to deport a few thousand messicans before 2017, so visitors don't think they are in Mexico?

That would be great! 5 years seems a little quick for a return with so many cities bidding in these days, but I think New Orleans is one of the top 2 or 3 choices whenever they bid.

Anywhere that gets a new stadium is going to have a decent shot at hosting, so that will put Minnesota and Atlanta in the queue as well, although I think the NFL likes a stadium to have at least a season or two under its belt before hosting to make sure all the wrinkles are ironed out.
