PC flightstick help/ WC Saga...

So I recently found GOG.com with all my old favorite WC games...downloaded the original just for kicks and ended up going to Best Buy and picking up a Logitech Extreme 3d Pro (the only one in the store)

So, things are fine, I end up getting Free Space II and the inevitiable WC Saga (along with entire library of WC games, with exception of Freelancer and Prophecy)

Started playing Saga on Sunday night...Mon moringin pack up laptop and go to work...get home and plug joystick back in, fire up Saga, and...no movement/ control w stick...I can fire, afterburn, missle launch, target, etc w buttons on stick, just no directional control.

Been to logitech forums looking for answers...none....re-installed, ran profiler, even found the cntrl + shft + click trick in windows 7 to calibrate manually (which shows it works fine) and it works fine w FSII...but not with any of the WC games.

WTF?
