Punching the same glove for 50 yrs with no additional steps in life...you'll need them...however I'm an atheist so maybe someone on the OT will cover you.

how much have you drank tonight?

Cool deal.
The only additional "steps in life" is to ruin your own with children to hold you back from doing things you actually like?
Sound reasoning

One day you might grow up to realize that what might be right for you might not be right for some.
You clearly do not need to be bringing anything with your gene pool into this world...so thats great.
Most people care for others beside themselves....so having kids isnt the death sentence for them you make it out to be.

I realize that, I think it's the people with kids who don't realize that. That why they try to come up with every philosophical argument about why everyone is required to have kids.
I care for plenty of people, just don't see a reason to hold myself back because "I'm supposed to have kids"

I didn't have kids until my late, late 30s and I'm financially secure enough to continue to do anything I want.
Again glty in your super serious dating.

I can agree with that...shite, my wife and I have been together for 12 years and married for 5.
We arent having kids until we are ready. We arent doing it before then

I don't see a time where I'll be ready, listening to co workers all day stress about kids, complain about having to go to the 34th kid birthday party in a row, not being able to go on certain vacations, hang out, etc.. All because of kids is not very encouraging

You misunderstand. I don't think everyone should have kids... I understand that choice...what I don't understand is marriage without children - it makes no sense. Everyone I've known that took your tact ended up divorced. Without children it's just repetitive dating...why get gov involved in that?

I like divorce, the only way to do that is to super serious date, idiot
