Lease Agreement

We are leasing our home out starting next month and I'm looking for a lease agreement. Anyone know of any place online that has a template/leases that can be bought?

Can buy state specific template at office max, there might be a free one online but I don't know what state you live in.

Be sure to slip in a "notify us within 90 days of move out", I accidentally signed a lease like that 10 years ago and go stuck staying an extra year. I foolishly told them I was moving with only 60 days left. It's a good trap as a land lord

I'm leasing to my boss while he's building a house. Probably wouldn't be a wise move career wise to set any traps or gotcha's.
Only reason I'm doing a lease is some insurance reps I've talked to require it for a better policy rate.

Which is why you want a state specific lease agreement, also get a liability insurance policy
