Unneeded ammo and mags

I recently sold my two handguns because my newborn's Mama wasn't happy about them being in the house with the baby. 
Was going through my closet today and found 4 boxes of ammo and 2 mags for my Glock, and have no use for this stuff.
Is there anywhere besides eBay where I can sell the mags and anywhere to sell ammo? Apologize for the stupid question but I'm just looking for the least hassle possible.

Because you called her your newborn's mama I'm assuming y'all aren't together. You should have "sold" the guns. In other words told her you sold them and not actually have done it. Newborns lack the finger dexterity and upper body strength to commit suicide/murder with a firearm.
