With the series win, and Eades history of wearing down last year I would sit him and let him get as rested as possible for the stretch run.

You have to pitch Eades tomorrow. He has worked his butt off in rehab and the past few years at LSU to get where he is. Coach said tuesday night that we will have almost 30 scouts in the stands to see these two pitchers. Hand him the ball and tell him to go give them something to think about draft day.

IMO, we win the tourney, we will be #1 overall. Winning 1 in the tourney will give us top 3 at worst.

The only ball game that matters is the one you are playing that day. Natl seed locked up, so how about we watch the boys go play their asses off and win another SEC Tournament.

We sat Nola for a reason...and according to Mainieri, Nola told him that his arm felt GREAT after the extra rest when he started throwing again.

I understand wanting to give Eades a chance to showcase himself. But, let's be honest. Eades isn't flying under the radar...and there are bigger games ahead. He hasn't been at his best in several weeks. Resting him for the stretch run gives him the best show of having some impressive showings down the stretch.

Then you disagree with sitting Nola as well I presume. Jacoby too.

Can't sit Eades. If you do and Nola loses Wednesday at SEC tournament and Glenn losses Thurs. Eades wouldn't pitch again until regional play. That would be about 3 weeks with no real game action.

I'm looking forward to Eades/Wahl matchup anyway.
