Happened to me once. Subscription expired because new credit card wasn't on file. I made payment w/ new card, but then another automatic charge went on as well.
I emailed fansupport@neulion.com and they resolved it for me in about 2 or 3 days.

I just cancelled mine. It expires after the regional. Figured it wasn't worth having when all the games are on TV and then what's the point of having it in July/August?

yeah now is a pretty good time to cancel if you are on a month to month plan. im about to as well. when i get it back ill probably buy the whole year though.

I assume the SEC tournament will not be on geaux zone. Any info to back this? What about the regional?

pretty certain neither will be available on gz. regional for sure. all regionals are on espn or an espn affiliate so any streaming would be through espn3.

i think i figured out a way to watch it on the same account from different computers. I havent tried it though.

Funny that the more popular games are harder to watch. I enjoyed taking my iPad out on my back patio and being able to watch the games. Guess I won't be able to do that again until next season.

I do the quarterly package just for baseball season. I'll be cancelling mine in the next few weeks
