Some of you think clapping for other teams players is bad for some reason.

you're grouping two different actions together to bolster your arguement

There is a big difference from standing ovations for another player for a good play or when another pitcher had a good outing AND WHEN YOU'RE TEAM JUST GOT ELIMINATED.

Isnt that what players and coaches do after the games?

LSU players in the duguout in tears watching a portion of their fans high five the other team. Skip would maybe go shake a hand because HE WAS A COACH and already on the field but he's not gonna run to the fence and start high fiving people.

You're not a coach, you're a fan so act like a fan and support your team.

I get most of you guys' argument in regards to Stony Brook, but how can you not tip your hat to them after the way they came in to the Box and put it on LSU

Tip your hat, sure.

Give them blow jobs, no. Do some of you realize that y'all in fact, are belittling them by showing them so much love? You would never do that for Rice, UCLA, or North Carolina. But because Stony Brook is a nobody, you deemed it okay to act retarded.

They earned it

This is the difference between baseball and football. In sports any team can win on any given day. Playing a series proves that that first win wasn't a fluke. You truly have to go out and earn it again the next night.

In football the better team doesn't always win that day, but the effects are lasting for the rest of the season. I'm not suggesting football plays a series at all, but it is easy to see how many games could go the other way.

Only rantards would be proud of an embarrassing upset in your home park. The stony brook incident was an embarrassment to LSU. Might as well TAKE the intimidator down and put up a rainbow

Again, why is it not ok for a fan to be there to shake a guys hand and say good game and good luck? You were already there "supporting your team".

Losing to Stony Brook had a pretty lasting affect on LSU.

Y'know, since it ended the season.
