Turf makes thatch. Nothing you can do.

My bro-in-law sprays beer on his lawn occasionally for thatch. He says the yeast helps speed up decomp of the thatch.

If you have a mulching blade you won't have clipping. They are 80% water. And you should not cut more than 1/3 of the blade of grass they say as it stresses the grass. Thatch is caused by too much nitrogen fertilizer.

Good luck but put the bagger in the garage your lawn will like it.

well clealy you have nothing else to do. I'm not trying to be a dick but the answer of cutting every three days wouldn't work for nearly anyone.

Poochie, trade that lawn tractor in on a 42" ZTR and you will look for ways and reasons to mow.

It's like riding the scrambler at the fair.

35 years ago I used to do that on a regular basis on Friday nights. Only I was on my hands and knees, doing it between 1-2am with my wife walking around behind me kicking me in the arse for better distribution.

What changed, your judgement, or the wife?
