Why is everyone so high up on UGA? They've lost some key players as well, yet we develop players far better than they do. I think UGA is a win for us.

At this point the only game I think we will probably lose is at Bama.

Home games vs UF and TAM will be difficult but I would be very surprised if we lost both of those.

Road games at UGA and maybe Ole Miss could be tough.

The team should get better as the season progresses. I think 8-4 is the floor but more likely to finish with 1 to 3 losses in the regular season. However I am very excited about the year with a new OC and what I expect to be a very hungry defense.

We all know this is total BS, but that's what happens to perception when you lose a game you shouldn't have (aka the Chicken Bowl). That damn loss has all the naysayers spewing this trash. I like it because it gives the Tigers something to prove this fall...

You're being such a baseball snob today. Cool off and learn to enjoy more than one sport at a time.

Agree. I can't even drop our guys to a pitiful season like 8-4. I am very optimistic about this year. We lose players to the NFL every year, but we have done ok, and I know we will be just fine!

I agree with this. Actually, this may make the defense appear better, because they'll get to rest more.

It's because of Murray and their relative level of success the last 2 years. I'm also counting this as a win, but our guys will need to be playing close to their best.

Same fricking troll job every year but regional writers. LSU is ALWAYS trending down.

Murray was a non-factor the last time we played them because our D was so quick to get to him. Although I don't keep track of his stats, he seems like the same player from 2 years ago than he will be this upcoming season. Our Defense was the one who even kept us in that game. Just think of how things will be this season when our D gets some actual rest.

Auburn = win

LSU will be either 10-2 or 11-1.

This! I dont see how anyone can be an LSU fan and closely follow football recruiting and not be optimistic about this season. I think we have a very good shot at 11-1 and an outside shot at 12-0. There will be only two teams that have equal talent to us and that's Bama and Georgia and I think we can win either on the road. Both will be tough.

that doesn't even make sense. i hate it when people (especially so-called journalists) use probabilities of probabilities.

I expect anywhere from 2-4 losses. It's virtually impossible to predict who it'll be.

Per the sports media in the southeast, LSU lost ALL their players to the NFL draft and will not be able to field a team this fall.

Not to mention, bama and Georgia were both somehow able to bring guys back to the team from the NFL.
