re: BP and the big stall.........

I'm still waiting on my settlement. It's only been 3 years.

I provided them with 300+ pages in documents and I hear from them every 6 months to a year wanting more documents. I hand the documents they want in and they get back to me in 6 months to a year. I'm about to hand some more documents in. Hoping this is the last time I have to do this.

By the way, I had a seafood wholesale and retail/restauarant during the spill and I was definitely affected.

Jason, I do hope you see some resolution to your claim soon, as I've seen you post about your issues over time. Hopefully, your issues aren't being marred by all of the asshats that have filed fraudulent or frivolous claims. It unnerves me to see the people that do this and then to have other people condone it. We see the scammers come out after all sorts of disasters. It only makes it harder for those REALLY needing the help.

Read the settlement document. Understand it. Then express an opinion. Since you haven't read it, and certainly have proven you understand it, I'd suggest you back out of the light ...otherwise you might look dumb as frick.
