I used to manage a huge pet store with the biggest fish department in NW Florida. I've seen them all. Batfish are cool.

I love pearly jawfish....just the way they act in the tank.

I have tried LEDs on a nano tank, but wasn't convinced.

6 bulb ATI Powermodule (T5)

PT's are definitely awesome- prices for them have just gotten ridiculous though! about 5 years ago you could get them for less than $50, now they are twice that!

He's hiding in that pic, but there's a Potter's Angel in there too- probably my favorite reef fish.

Sounds like a huge waste of time and money.

I've never heard of someone not having a filter and going to the LFS for every water change

i used to and it was a nightmare. i'd stock up on a months worth of water...

That what I do, but I only change like 10 gallons every 3 weeks or so.

To be honest I've been slacking on mine, but haven't had any problems with it.
