nah but i intend on going back to 2033 and trying ranger mode.
then if i get bold, will get ranger mode on LL.
yes it does look good. maybe too good? i liked the GFX on metro 2033. just felt ... scarier

I want to do the same but this time I will do the good ending, I never knew about it but now it serves a purpose for replaying.

2033 did look scarier I will see how LL turns out I haven't played enough to judge yet myself.

i take back the negative things i said.
i adjusted my gfx settings, got a bit further. needless to say i'm sufficiently wierded and creeped the frick out .
just got ambushed by some evil shite in a very evil, dark, and scary place. loving this game, now.

exploring all those freaky dark dangerous cooridors netted me a badass sniper rifle at least.
my loadout at the moment is
SMG with red dot
auto shotgun with barrel mod
sniper rifle (SKS?)
and lots of throwing knives
game went from about a 5 to a 9 once i got on the railway to Venice.
got ambushed by some new evil beasts i have yet to encounter before and called it night. i mustve been scared because my aim was terrible

Awesome game.
I beat it on ranger hardcore last week.
I wouldn't say it was that challenging, but god damn it took forever to figure out how to do things like change grenade types/put on my gas mask/ change air filter...etc.
The most frustrating part was the guick time events. It doesn't even give you an indication of what button to press.
Really worth it though...I felt like I was fully immersed without a HUD.

yeah im going to play thru on ranger mode next. 
2033 too.
yall see the easter eggs for Metro 2035? i really hope they continue this series or maybe mod it somehow , kind of like Farcry3 blood dragon
