I never had a problem with the guy. Anyone who devotes their life to college baseball is ok with me. It's not like he is dumb. He just must not know how to brush off comments from fans now that social media is at an all time high. He gets pissed at the bombardment of LSU fans coming at him.

I've been known to get mad in years past when people always cited Baseball America as the best source on news and polls, because I thought the organization sort of short-changed the college game itself (because they were more interested in the pro scouting angle).
But things are sort of different now, and...
#1. I've never had any problem with Aaron Fitt himself.
#2. I think the whole college baseball landscape has changed so dramatically in the last 10 years, with new polls, new organizations, new Internet research data/tools, that the difference between various polls has become pretty negligible.
Media coverage is great these days. It's the NCAA scholarship rules that need to die.
P.S. -- It might also be time to create a I-A baseball subdivision that uses wooden bats.
