I don't think extreme6s come with thunder bolt. Had one last summer.. With no thunder bolt.

I tried the surround thing and hated it.
What is wrong with using 1 monitor to game and 1 monitor for utility? I put my utility in potriat mode and love it. Idk why I haven't used potriat mode previously.

There's a version with thunderbolt now
Newegg is selling the older non-thunderbolt version as well.

It might be my desk. There are slide out drawers on the left side so one monitor is directly in front of me and one is off to the left. They're 27" monitors so the left one isn't all that close to me for having browsers, etc. open when I game.
The real reason is probably that I waffled between the 680 and 7970 for a long time and now I seem to be second guessing my choice. In my research the 680 seemed to be the better choice but in retrospect it might not have been.

With Crossfired cards? Not sure. My setup is SLI.
Just Googled it and it appears you are correct. Only full screen mode for Crossfired gaming.

I also have a system that is Crossfire but the SLI is the primary.
Honestly it seems that unless you are in a triple monitor setup it simply makes more sense to get a 1440p or higher monitor and play on that. One of the 27" is 1440p and the other is 1080p that I have now.

Yeah, if you put the whole PC on ebay, it will be ignored, and if you list the whole PC on a computer forum, people will ask if you're willing to sell some individual parts anyway.

Exactly. Hopefully you kept the original boxes and bits and pieces for your stuff. When I buy parts I pack all the other boxes into the case box in case I want to sell it later.

I will be in the marke for a 3rd Titan, just not now. My MOBO doesn't support Tri-SLi/Cfx. I will buy a 3rd for Haswell or IB-E.
