Even though I live in Baton Rouge, I've only been to Whole Foods a few times. However, I went yesterday and really enjoyed the pizza I had, and I was also intrigued by the sushi, desserts, and other delicasies that I saw. What are your go-to items when you go to Whole Foods?

I hate the WF by my house and still have a WF addiction. Fisherman Cioppino and the Smoked Salmon candy are just two of my go to items.

At my local WF, the food is pretty bland. The Tomato Basil soup is good though. And I do occasionally get some sushi rolls. But I always think to myself....self....you could walk to the kickass sushi place down the street and get much better for the same price. My WF does have a bar with several craft beers on tap. Got a 32 oz growler filled there last night.

I've not have any of there "prepared food" that was bad.

I've heard they have a very good "take and bake" pizza.

I've had there sushi several times and it was good.
