They use judges. Not every participant rides the same bull.

Scoring is entirely too arbitrary to be considered anything other than an exhibition.

Not a sport.

well you do have to have good hand eye coordination agility and explosiveness in the hips. it may not be a sport but there are skills that need to be acquired to be successful

agility also comes into play when you get thrown off. ive came within half a second of being hooked
