Keenan or Fred would be the next two senior cast members. I'm sure one of them would get at least a shot.
Though I think Bill Hader could be a GOAT at it, he is hilarious.
If I could make a sketch comedy dream team, I would add Adam Levine to SNL, I think he is funny as hell, and makes great crazy faces, like Hader.

Bill Hader or Fred Armison should be head writer after Seth Myers leaves. Both have a good resume for writing experience outside of SNL with Hader doing South Park and Armison doing Portlandia. Armison may not have time b/c of Portlandia so it may make more sense for Hader to have the job.
Seth Meyers has been great. The show has hit its stride again since he took the head writer role.

I think Kate McKinnon could do a good job as anchor, but I'm not sure she has the consistent writing chops. 
Hader would be great, but that would mean no more Stefon (but I think Stefon needs to die).
