This baseball team seems to have a vengeance trait

I haven't followed LSU baseball too much until this season but it seems like in games where the offense doesn't show up, the next game the bats seem to come back with a vengeance. Any reason why this seems to be? It seems like beating LSU seems to only anger them in the next game.

They may have paid attention to that mouthy closer for M&M last night when he mocked the Tigers little whirly hand gesture after the game.

Maybe the offense is just really good so when they have an off night they go back to normal the next night

Yeah, but this is really the first time they've come into a game trailing all year. Good to see though. Huge at bat here.

Can we not psychoanalyze the team after every loss and just agree that they are extremely capable to win #7 this year?

That's really all you can ever really hope for with baseball. But where's the fun in that narrative?
