More miserable innovation..facebook..3d printer or red light cameras? (Posted on 5/10/13 at 4:14 pm)
They are one in the same.
1. Red light cameras are morphing into speeding cameras set up on interstates. you know its coming. you've not experienced joy until you've experienced taking an 8 hour road trip and NEVER GOING OVER THE SPEED LIMIT even to pass slow moving traffic or get out of binds.
just embrace the damn google car already because soon the freedom to drive yourself down the road will be revoked in the interest of 'saving lives'.
2. Facebook. You allow a bank access to your personal financial data with some understanding you'll get something from that..maybe a couple pennies tossed your way in interest occasionally while you're racking up thousands of dollars of fees and ungodly interest payments for your home.
but with facebook, you've willingly handed the last ounce of your privacy over to the government so you can be ripped apart if you ever step out of line. see the boston bombers, the texas paramedic in West or the sicko who kidnapped those girls in cleveland. what's the first thing to hit the news after the suspect's name? EVERYTHING EVER POSTED ON FACEBOOK by them.
you're stupid if you haven't deleted facebook now so the damage doesn't get any worse.
3. 3d printer. the manufacturer TOOK BACK the printer from the guy creating a plastic gun reciever before he could print it and he had to get one through back channels. i'm sure once these are more commonplace our FRIENDLY GOVERNMENT won't have a chip installed that rings a silent alarm at Homeland SEcurity whenever you go to print something out they deem 'hostile'. LOL if you think not plugging in an ethernet cable will save you. their NARC device will be more sophisticated and won't rely on that.
