Simply delicious and easily the best pork chop I have ever eaten.

That is all.

Slow cooked for 16 hours. The lime and I assume brown sugar that is caramelized and whatever other seasonings they use were the perfect combination to my palate.

Also, the tender part of the pork chop (cut it with a fork) and rib part ...

anything that is cooked for 16 hours is not going to be served mid rare.

Looks delicious to me. Pretty nice chunk of meat

It is. But I didn't want to share with my business partner.

I can assure you that it was not. Full of flavor and very juicy.

I've seen it scoffed at on here that the best thing at a steakhouse is a pork chop, but I assure you no one who has actually had it would ever say such a thing.

The diversity in each cut of meat they carve for you. Seriously, each portion is very distinctive from the other and it feels like 3 seperate meals. The portion with the heavy marbling is INCREDIBLE!

I usually eat the tender, more fatty piece and the ribs at the restaurant, then bring the leaner piece home for carnitas.

Dammit this thread is making me want to go to Perry's. It's only 2 minutes away from my work to.

They also run a special on Sunday, which includes the pork chop, salad, and a dessert trio for $24.95. However, I think the special doesn't start until 4:00pm.

It is pretty amazing! Hard for one person to finish, but makes for good left overs.

The only thing there I've had that was close was a coffee crusted bone in bison ribeye...was amazing!

I might take the wife there tonight now

Was that the lunch or dinner porkchop?

I find the lunch one a bit smaller. But I probably get it 2-3 times a month. Definitely worth it. Anyone who says a steakhouse whose best cut is a porkchop, isn't worth it, have never had this porkchop.
