Don't know nothin' bout no trademarking but I will say this: back in the day (1998 or so) they sold badass pocket tees with a picture of the building on the back. I was there recently and tried to buy a replacement but this time it was a piece of shite with a front-only design. Same for Pat O's. People need to get their t-shirt game together.
