stopping at Zoe's or Jimmy Johns is usually pretty decent for me. You can certainly do worse.

I agree. I like both JJ and Zoe's. Solid lunch places. Vito or Italian Night Club add hot peppers at JJ.

Yeah, it's not for everyone. Nearly half the people in there have workout clothes on, it's geared more towards healthy eating.

I'm a fairly healthy eater and workout every day.

I guess it's just not for me.

Out in Elmwood there's a Zoe's Kitchen, Applebee's, Nacho Mama's, Chipotle and Jimmy Johns in the same strip mall.

I believe there is a strict, seasoning embargo around that block. Nothing in, nothing out.

Zoe's is so bland. I tried it once, and that was all I needed to know. Nice people I'm sure, but life is too short to eat like that.

Chick place in the Le Madeline mold. Small portions, higher prices, the ladies flock in. The geometric opposite of Tramonte's which has low prices, huge portions, no decor and a largely male clientele.

It's expensive for what it is, especially if you get extra chicken like me. The white beans are good though..

Zoe's to me looks like a Martha Stewart comes to life kinda place.. A lot of over priced finger food. A former boss (female) took me there because she liked it.. I liked the cole slaw but haven't been back.. It's a lady's place.

I love their Greek slaw.

This! I like it overall. Seems to be a decent, basic place to grab a meal that's not going to be too caloric or unhealthy. I think portions are on the smaller side because it's a health conscious place.
