Are you using the ones in the new or old box designs? I heard the ones in the new box play a little different

Old. Got a bunch on clearance when the new ones came out. Only 1 box left though haha

I think I'm screwing myself with ball selection too. I was smoking some cheap slazengers I got at dicks. They wouldn't stick a green for nothing though. So I switched to a Bridgestone E6, and NXT tour. I can tell the NXT has more spin than the E6. I might need to just stay with the E6 as a good in-between ball.

so, putting the ball further up in my stance promotes top spin correct?

but i dont think the topspin helps me when i hit it so high, so whats the downside of moving it back, now that you're here

the only top spin in golf happens when you top the ball, it offers LESS back/side spin when the ball in more forward in your stance.

The down side is, the club is taking a more direct line of impact (like an iron), the more you hit Down on the ball, the more back/side spin you are putting on the ball.

True ball fitting, or fitting by one of the ball manufacturer's reps for which ball in their line is best? I play the prov 1x. An expensive choice for someone as bad as myself, but my short game is much better with them, and I find I hit them a little farther off the tee than the NXT's

This intrigues me. What time? And I bring my own clubs right?

I feel like the trajectory is hurting my carry too really

And it can be hell on a windy day with that extra hang time

I know that was a dumb question but I'm ignorant to these things. What brands will be there?

Try moving it slightly back in your stance and chocking down on the club. That should bring it down a little, but to get it down very low would be driver suicide...remember, more carry = more distance

err....minus wind
