Well, I'm happy to say that we had over 500 posts in last week's thread, which is pretty impressive considering there wasn't a large single event or circumstance that dictated most of the posts.
(cough *golf board* cough)
Lets beat last weeks record of 28 pages this week.
I'll be playing in the state am qualifier tomorrow, then maybe Saturday.
What say the GB?

The people.
They want to make it into a Central Park sort of thing.
The problem is there are too many courses within a given area in BR. CP won't be the only one thy closes.
Frankly, I'm not against them doing it either.

Probably not going to get a round in this week/weekend unless something miraculous happens. My goal is to start practicing the short game this week. I am going to work on form hitting foam balls in my apartment and then work on feel at the range a couple of times this week. I'm starting to realize that almost all of my blow-up holes could be salvaged to a DB if I could get anything close to the green (much less the hole) on my short shots either after going in the water or after a good hit from a drop. And I am sick of having a chance to get on the green in 3 on par 5s just to pitch and chip myself to an illegitimate 8. Same for missing the greens on par 3s. Pretty much if I am not lying 1 on the green or in the trap, its a 5 or 6 on par 3s.
On a good note, think I might get a chance to play a round in Boston in June. Guy I might be playing with has played with George W a few times. I just need to warn him how terrible I am before I embarrass my self haha

It's too big to turn into a BREC park. They've got a damn playground/park right across the street for all the baby gangsta's and dogs. That course is on some historic registrar I thought.
