I find it interesting that it is Jenkins who is feeling the heat vs. Harper. Personally, I think neither will be on the team next year.

Good to see him not be a baby like Reggie was. Hope he at least recognizes he needs to step it up.

They're both feeling the heat. Apparently Harper has been tweeting up a storm, right after the draft, about putting in work and getting better.

I say we start Vaccaro at FS and move Malcolm to nickel. Just my opinion.

Isn't Jenkins basically saying that he wants to react like Bush did but wont? Is that any better?

Depends. If they asked him about it and that was his reply, I have no problem with it. If he's going off unsolicited, then he would do good just to shut up about it leave it at that. That kind of stuff makes non-issues into issues.

Its kinda of amazing to me that anyone on this defense wouldnt assume they are replaceable after feilding the worst defense in the history of the NFL last year.

Didn't the coaches talk to Jenkins about this prior to the draft? Isn't his contract much less crippling?

The situations are very different. Vaccaro brings competition to a defense that needs drastic improvement. Jenkins doesn't necessarily have to go with Vaccaro's addition.

Did they ever act like anything was wrong last year?

I have no clue what to expect. Just going to watch it unfold, but MJ is calling out Reggie no ifs ands or buts. Hey MJ, you're the weak link on the worst defense ever... Keep quiet about other players

With Jenkins' athleticism, I'd think moving him into a position like nickel would be good. He good roam the field and make more plays...or continue tackling the receiver and talking shite after the player scores a TD.
