A good red wine? dark beer? whiskey?

Should all 3 options be served? I prefer a good beer, but love a good red wine and bourbon as well.

idk, does the food and drink board think? what's your go to drink with steak?

Red wine is the only thing I will drink with a steak.
Love a bourbon or scotch while I'm grilling or as a first drink at a steak restaurant.

I was at Outback the other night and noticed lots of ice tea drinkers who were eating steak.

A heavy cab, spicy Shiraz or zin. No Pinot noir or merlot. Save those for the women.
