Since then though Chelsea have not really spent way out of proportion with the other big spenders in Europe.

Like paying 50 million for Torres?

To be fair, Pogba would be on that list if he hadn't randomly fricked off to Juventus.

Fitting, considering how English clubs have operated wrt young, continental players.

I don't think that SAF wanted to go blind from watching Luke Chadwick play regularly

Dude effed up Juve's title clincher today by spitting at a Palermo player in the final few minutes. Still won, but that red card put a bit of a damper on the celebration.

Great player, doesn't have his head screwed on right just yet.

I don't really give a damn one way or the other but I will throw a cheers to all Man U, city, arsenal hell even livedpool fans if Tottenham miss out of the champions league yet again

Someone on the first or second page listed a set of trophies over the last several seasons. I believe on fox soccer yesterday, the commentators stated that between Man U and chelsea, both teams had a combined total of 39 trophies which makes both teams the most successful clubs of the premier league era. I don't know why but with Mourinho looking set for a return to Chelsea, the next several years look to be a fantastic battle between chelsea and Man U. I hope chelsea can keep a good record against the champions like we have this year at 3-1-1 but it might be difficult if SAF spends some money this summer. Anyways, have a horrible day Tottenham fans

Now that y'all say that it made me think and I honestly don't know why but I hate chelsea a lot more than city even though they're both overspending league ruiners
