10-2 or 9-3, what really is the difference? Bottom line, this isn't a championship team and LSU will again have multiple losses. The trend is your friend.

So the Advocate has the Tigers going 9-3.
9-3 would be a good season
10-2 would be a very good season.
14-0 would be a SUPER season
I believe LSU will fall in between 9-3 an 14-0. If that young defense can grow up quick by at least the 3 or 4th game this could be a special season. Because the offense will be VERY very much improved.
Way to go out on a limb....

You calling anyone else a rantard is hilarious considering that you only accept undefeated seasons. You and Tiger n Atl are two of the most delusional morons on this board.

Sounds about right. Tough schedule and young team.
Yes. At georgia and Bama. Les Miles will find a way to lose to Nick Saban again.
Should beat TCU and Texas A&M at home. I think we beat Florida at home.
Arkansas should be rebuiding. Ole Miss and Miss.State might be a battle.
Got LSU going 10-2 regular season. 6-2 in conference. No Atlanta this year. Cotton Bowl sounds about right.
2 losses = at Georgia and Bama.

Considering the rebuilding job Chavis has on defense, the retooling job Cameron has on offense, and LSU's cross-divisional schedule this year; Miles and company would take a 9-3 season with a big High-5!

Delusional is picking LSU 13-0 every year with Happy Gilmore as coach. I didn't do that. I am realistic, I picked 2 losses.

Ironic coming from you.

Picking any team 13-0 every year with anyone as coach is delusional, retard.
I'll pick LSU as top 10 material which isnt delusional, but normal most times for LSU since Les came to town.
Something that had never been said about LSU before Miles.

Can't seem to please some people. Predict 11 or 12 wins, they get angry at you for being unrealistic. Predict 9 wins, they piss on you for being a negatiger.

9-3 in this conference is not mediocre. It's easily a Top 10 team.
Depends on who gives us the three losses. I just hope to God LSU beats aTm and brings the pain train to Johnny Weasel.

I know that our stats on defense were decent last year, but I really thought our secondary and Linebacker play was spotty. We lived off of our 2011 reputation to some degree. I am not sure how much a drop off we have to be honest.
The offense stands to be way better, with or without Hill.

Well, according to certain posters here, 9-3(5-3) with no SEC West title and a Cotton Bowl appearance is the height of excellence. We should all be thrilled. And grateful. It's a chance at a ten win season! After all, we could be relegated to the 90's. Oh yeah, remember the 90's, you spoiled bastards! THE NINETIES, I SAY. I SAT IN THE RAIN WITH MY CRIPPLED SISTER ONLY TO SEE CURLEY HALLMAN LOSE TO SOUTHERN MISS! MY GREAT GREAT GREAT GRANDFATHER - THE LAST LIVING SURVIVOR OF SHILOH - DIED OF EMBARRASMENT THAT NIGHT! WE HAD TO FOLD THE BODY AND STORE IT IN A COOLER! THINK OF IT. I DREAMT OF 9-3! THIS IS THE GOLDEN AGE OF LSU FOOTBALL!
And even if it isn't, we lost so many underclassmen to the draft, and the schedule maker was so mean to LSU.
Hee haw.

I think that's probably our ceiling . I think 8-4,9-3 is about right.
