His best time in the 100m is a 10.9, which is not blazing but plenty fast enough.

These LA kids need to kick it in gear.

There seem to be more and more kids with worlds of talent just dying to come to LSU.

If Williams meets all of the coaches' conditions and makes it to campus in January, I believe Upchurch may be on the outside in 2014

could they count Williams back?

Not sure...I remember the numbers game was real confusing last year and so many people said different things. Not sure what the situation is for the class of 2014 as far as numbers.

If Williams is a 1 and done, I wouldn't mind taking 6WR's in this class (Williams, Upchurch, Noil, Dupre, Quinn, and Blacknall). It probably won't happen though. I can see 5 at a max in this class.

I think this depends on who steps up this year. If it's Leslie and Landry or OBJ, we may take 6. If it's Wright or Boone, 5 would probably be it.

If it's Dural and Peterson, 5 would be more likely than 6. But 6 would not be out of the question. Both are more eligible to leave for the NFL after the '14 season.

Personally, I'd like 5, with or without Williams. I just prefer to not load our classes up with ridiculous numbers at one position. Spread it out over a few classes.

don't see any chance we take 6 wrs and 2 te. that would be 1/3 of the total class. plus, we are traditionally a run first team. 6 would have made sense if we didn't take spears last year and left that spot open to count back to.

if you could count Williams back, then 6 would be ok, but if not I don't think i'd want more than 5. Personally I'd be ok with 4 if it is Blacknall, Dupree, Noil and Quinn. Plus aren't there a couple of top WR in 2015? A kid from Warren Easton and Ferguson?

I completely forgot about Spears.

My expectations are that we lose 5 WRs off the current roster due to a combo of graduation, draft, and attrition. We could potentially lose 7, but I think that's a long shot. Just not enough footballs to go around.

You do not want to pass up on Dupre at all. This would be the dream WR class with:
Noil
Blacknall
Dupre
Upchurch or Quinn

(Quinn should have committed earlier if he truly wants to be a Tiger. He's a great WR but their are better ones this year. When you see talent like we have this year, you better jump on board if you really want to be at that school. If you don't, then take your time and realize that your options close everyday)

If he qualifies, DaQuille Williams is a must take. He is one and done so that would give our new guys time to adjust if they need too.

I agree. Dupre is an absolute stud and you can't pass on him.

if landry and obj go pro, then williams might be a NECESSITY on the field and to teach the youger guys how to play the position and show them they are not as good as the hype YET!

I want Blacknall a lot but Quinn and Dupre are much higher on the list for me. Blacknall has a ton of potential by Quinns hands and Dupre's shear athleticism are already incredible.
