U of Washington Baseball strikes again...

Yep, Washington sucks but they have managed to take 2 of 3 from Arizona and Oregon State.
LSU swept them earlier in the season for all of those playing at home.
Oh and Maryland upset Clemson today too.
Just an RPI thing, enjoy.

I don't care if they are the defending champs, Arizona is not one of the best teams in the nation this year.

But Arizona is ranked in a few polls. Oregon State is also being projected as a higher National Seed than LSU in a few Regional projections. which still blows my mind but whatever. UW beat them twice.

I wonder if winning those games will balance out losing all 4 to Lamar.

Depends on which side of the fence you are on. Some people think good wins outweigh bad losses, some people don't. Lamar isn't terrible but they also aren't that great.

Lamar 33-13 RPI: 68
Arizona 28-16 RPI: 70
Lamar is not a bad team and have a better shot at a regional than Arizona.

Watching Fullerton v. LBSU on ESPN and they just did an advertisement for the "Bases Loaded" channel they are going to have during their regional coverage and I just got all kinds of excited.
