If you're in BR, TJ Ribs is open already and has some decent steaks for the buck. It may not be the formal steakhouse setting you're looking for if you're entertaining clients or something, but I enjoy them.
Another place that's open is J Alexander's.
I believe Outback is open for lunch on Sat as well.
Take your pick depending what you need the atmosphere to be. All three will have tasty steaks.

J Alexander's by the mall. Really legit restaurant even as a chain. Prime rib is very good. Salads are great. If someone does not want a steak, the burger is one of the best around, the pork loin dish is good, and the rattlesnake chicken pasta is good. Oh and crab cakes.
