one of the cardinals top pitching prospects, gets the call from Springfield(AA), to fill boggs spot in bullpen.
guy has electric stuff, Joe Strauss called this 3 weeks ago, but few thought martinez would get the call up to St.Louis for the pen.

Boggs and the BP tried to blow the game last night. Eddy Mo's the closer. But we need to solidify the rest of the pen now. Kelly has been shaky lately.

Sounds like Kelly or Salas are next to go, with Ghast getting the call up. Especially with them being a lefty short in pen.
Gast 3-0 29inn 0.00 era. He's not one of their prized prospects, but he's solid and should be middle back end starter

I guess but it doesn't really matter he will be ready for spring either way
