Really good value in return especially being a non-keeper. Post your whole roster so we can see the overall dynamics of your team. Is there enough speed in the infield to replace Kemp's SB's? How many UTIL spots? Do you need another closer? Who's everyone replacing? Need to see that... but it is a really good offer regardless.

I'd do it. Slot Pujols in the UTIL and Willingham takes Kemp's spot. You're gaining a lot of numbers and the drop in SB isn't that significant. Putz gives incentive as an extra trade piece should you make another move down the line to upgrade your staff.
