Several years ago here at Spain Park High School in Alabama, a lady was in the drop off/pick up zone when she saw a deer right off the road. She got out with a deer rifle and shot it right there. Needless to say, she was arrested before she could drag the deer to her vehicle. Damn!

In the small town I grew up in dogs ran a small buck into the middle of town and one chased it and shot it in an alley way between two stores. They charged with something I can't remember what but it wasn't much. He could have killed someone shooting a high powered rifle in the middle of town.
