Attila Csihar is one of the most unique and talented singers I've ever heard.

I'll throw Peter Steele's name out there too just because I like his style.

As for death metal vocals, George Fisher is easily the best.

I am never amazed at how much music is out there that I have never heard, but then I am.

I dig Axl Rose and Bruce Dickinson. Those are my top 2.

Other favorites include Sebastian Bach, Vince Neil, Layne Staley, Dio, Robert Plant......

As far a females go, I really like Maria Brink...

With all of the styles, this is virtually impossible to answer. Kip Winger?

You might not like the bands style but you have to respect the guy.

i think hes the best voice in metal. you can actually tell what hes saying and hes probably the only progressive singer who doesnt have a high pitched voice.

slash needs to pick this guy up for his next solo effort.

Hard to argue with either, but I put Bruce Dickinson Slightly ahead.

Ronnie James Dio just behind Axl.

How in the hell did we get to the 4th page before this guy was mentioned? In his day he was one of the best.

Most people won't know who he is but he has one hell of an awesome and distinctive voice. Lot of good names in this thread.

Sorry, this is a board based in Louisiana. Most metal fans have heard of Dax Riggs down here.

down south he is best known for acidbath, but outside of louisiana, he is probably better known for deadboy, and i would hardly call that "metal."

if manson were to die, and someone had to take over as singer, dax is the one guy i would nominate to stay in that same vain and elevate the band.
