yup.. the best thing SE could do at this point, is do another phase 4 test, let everyone play again.. and fix the 3102 crap.. this is very very bad PR for them
but seeing as they are a Japanese company, they don't have a PR team, they don't care about how other people really think.. and only Yoshi-P will be screaming at a brick wall.. which wont listen.

I am pretty cool about the situation but the forums are loaded with pissed off people. Open beta was everyone else's chance to get a look at the game and see how far it'd come in what was effectively a soft launch and...whoops. While it's a beta, it's not the average beta - it's under a far greater degree of skepticism for obvious 1.0-related reasons.
A few days of downtime on a game that hasn't released is no big deal to me, but SE's silence legit pisses me off, and it's pissing off a lot of people on the fence. Yoshi did a great job of building hype for this game and just at the finish line, the goodwill for some is being thrown out the window.

There's a new post up saying they're trying to figure it out but no luck so far. Not that it matters much since the beta ends in what, like 9 hours or so?

they wouldnt wipe for a networking issue unless 3102 means those chars are actually gone for some weird reason. even then why screw over everyone for something that is simply lost time?
they gave themselves the wipe "out" for something like what happened with GW2 and Neverwinter dupes.

None. I got a linkshell with some friends, but we still have people trying to join up so we haven't done anything in that regard.

It's not for everyone. Did you post your name in the thread? They began manually logging people off one by one a few hours. Comical that they're even doing so with hours to go and NA about to go to sleep really.

It never happened to me, I got 90000'd a few times but never any login trouble. I only know about it because it happened to a friend like a day and a half ago
