Is it the latino oyster bar place?

I believe it's a brazilian steakhouse type place. Pass by it a lot but never tried it.

Oh, got it confused with the place across the street. I've been to Charro's. Good meats, but sides are nothing special. I've only done food to go. It wasn't cheap. $20 a box. It's been awhile since I've been there.

My dad went last week thinking it was something like a local Texas De Brazil. He said it awful and that he would never go back and it will be closed before the end of the year

I couldn't disagree with your dad anymore. At TBD you're paying for the atmosphere. Here, you can get a take out box for $12/lb I believe, and the meats are just about as good. I find it to be a better value than TBD by a mile. I could understand if he walked in expecting a fancy meal, but the food is good.
