Just had Fleur De Lis for lunch for the first time. Best I've had in Baton Rouge so far. I need to try Schitz and giggles.

The one time I had mamma dellas I wasn't impressed with the quality of cheese. I'll have to give it another try.

Pizza is just like beer. Everyone has their brand.

This thread is dumb.

WTF?? What kind of pizza is this?

bones = ends of the crust
On a good pizza, they're the best part. On a bad pizza, they're often basted with oil, butter, or accompanied by a crappy little cup of dipping sauce. A decent freakin pizza doesn't need an oily liquid basted onto the edges of the crust to make it edible.

I never really thought about it that way, but I guess you're right. Everyone has a different opinion of what a pizza should be, and what way is best.

I agree 100%. To me that's the one bad thing about Roma, the bones aren't great. Then again, where in BR are they great? Mama Della's are good when fresh, but it's like chewing rawhide if reheated.
