Seattle gets screwed over twice by the NBA. I wonder if this will officially be the end of Seattle's NBA hopes.

Sucks for Seattle that they had to be the last victims of the NBA rubber stamp relocation era and the first victim of the NBA's new hard line.

The Seattle owners already owned all of the land needed, had a binding agreement in place, a non-refundable down payment, a brand new arena ready to be built, and Stern worked behind the scenes for the Kings to shut it down.

Combined relocation and finance committees will pass on recommendation to overall ownership body and they will honor vote. The Kings stay.
