Naylors has some already sprouted..

You plant the entire Mirliton, not the seed.
Plant a whole Mirliton, big side down and half way down. (the top of the Mirliton should be exposed)

At the end of the season, cover heavily with mulch and if we do not get a hard freeze the same plant will sprout again. Provide plenty of trellis as the wine will run 50' or so.
