Well good thing that's not what happened in this case. Hill didn't punch anyone uncoscious, hence the reason for the misdemeanor charge and not felony.

I said he committed a crime, period. You want to label a felony or a misdemeanor, go right ahead.
And yes, I feel if you commit a crime, especially one involving violence, you could lose your scholly.
But, if you are already on probation and you use violence uneccessarily, tehn yes, I would have ZERO problem hearing we had to let him go...but I would still hate to hear that we lost a great football player, just like the rest of you, I'm a fan....but I'll never support actions like these, NOT EVER...LSU is bigger than any of these kids, period.

Hell from the quotes about how the dude was acting, I woulda dragged my foolish arse brother or son off the ground and asked him had he learned his damn lesson. Running your mouth and not expecting anything to come of it is the wrong way to teach. What if you catch somebody just in a fricked up day and you gotta act all macho?
Scary arse people who run their mouth always hide behind anonymity, someone's job security, and/or the law. Watch the bus driver uppercut video to see what talking shite will get you. Some people just have enough of it and don't care.

No numbnuts, the police were there, and witnesses to! And the NEXT DAY, after investigating all possible info gathered, THEY ARRESTED HILL and NOT "the guy"! Do you feel stupid hanging on to the hope that Hill did everything right? You are in denial.
He may get off, but its not because he acted correctly, it will be because a judge goes easy on him.
For the record, I hope Hill is playing for LSU come fall, but how could anyone argue he was in the right is beyond comprehension at this point.
