Sometimes plate lunch at Matherne's on Perkins and Bluebonnet has it

Its generally either peach cobbler, bread pudding or apple cobbler

this is really easy. 1 box cake mix, one large can (or two small ones) of peaches with all the juice. mix the shite together, pour it into a buttered pan, and bake for however long at however hot the box says.

Fan-fricking-tastic. I like mine still a little doughy.

Yes, I forgot about them. BR has one off Seigen, the other in Denham.

I just saw it at Whole Foods next to the bread pudding. 28oz for $5.99. And it's good.

There was a peach crisp thread recently (maybe by meridian dog) that looked easy and good

Ha! I forgot about that.

Peach Crisp

And it's not too hard to make - I don't know what the OP was saying when he said he couldn't cook. He may mean he has no oven which would knock him out because this one is pretty easy to make, but impossible without an oven. You could make it in a toaster oven though.
