Yeah those two groups in front of us caused the bottle neck at 17 and 18. They were holding everybody up. Marshall's didn't do crap.

Damn I fell apart on my back 9 yesterday. Going into the 9th hole, I was triple-bogey free, no lost balls, playing as good as I could hope for. Then triple bogeyed 9, got 3 bogeys and a par on 10-13 and then proceeded to triple 14-18. Such a miserable finish on a not very difficult course. Straight up pissed about it hahaha

ETA: and I am not gonna be able to redeem myself for at least 3 weeks due to packed with shite weekends for the next 2 weeks. Even more pissed now. shite.

Damn, man. Spend some time on the putting green and you'll have that score down to 76-77.

I played Covington C.C. today. Couldn't have been nicer.
43, 41

The course is in pretty good shape. Greens are fine.

I've got a noon tee time this Thursday at Santa Maria if anybody wants to join. There's a few (3) available on golfnow if ya'll can pull off Thursday golf.

Nice

Ya know, when I was on 9 yesterday, right before my melt down began, I looked at the score card and thought I could get a par and finish 44 on the front for my best 9 ever. Out 47, in eleventy billion

That's my second best round this year. I had an 85 at Copper a few weeks ago. But it never felt like I was gonna hit a single digit round. Some good holes on the front. A double bogie on a couple and bogie. Same on the back. I missed a birdie putt on 18 which made it feel stupid walking away.

I've got one week left hitting these B.R. courses. It's been fun. BP, Weave, iheart, Croacka..

I know you were asking earlier this week about it's condition, so what did you think?

Leaving for my bachelor party on Thursday. We are going to Pensacola. We are playing Tiger Point on Friday. Anyone played it before? Looks pretty nice and green fees look to be right at $40. Sawgrass has always been on my bucket list, so the fact that this course has this hole has me just itching to get out there.

I'm sure I'll walk away with a triple hating the hole, though.
