It's about time I took a small break, since I've played nearly every day for the past month or two.
So I decided to purchase this morning this driver:
Will probably start up again Wednesday...
Where is everyone playing this week? Any new additions to the bag?

I beat that same driver around for years. Still have it stashed somewhere.
I have done nothing but play golf the last 3 weekends. Lots of golf. Starting to get a fair amount of flack from the better half. Hopefully I can squeeze a round in at some point this weekend, but I'll likely be in a flower bed paying my penance ..

Scramble at U Club Wednesday....if it doesn't rain out. last addition to bag was the bag itself Titleist cart bag, solid black with white lettering.

Played Tamahka yesterday, shot an 87. Hit the ball VERY well but still cant fricking putt. I swear, if I spend 30 minutes on the putting green before a round or dont practice putting at all its the same outcome. I left 8 birdy putts short and 3 putted all but 2 of those opportunities. Its frustrating to hit the driver so well, hit good iron shots, chip pretty good on the day and shite the bed with the putter.
Going to get the putter regripped this week and go to the putting green one afternoon.

this has really fricked my golf game up lately haha. I haven't been able to play the past 2 weekends, all the ranges near me were closed yesterday because of heavy rains, and now I don't think I am can play for the next 3 weekends because of stupid shite. Might have to break down and take a half day of vacation this week just to get a round in before I go crazy. Thankfully I was able to at least do some putting on the putting green at my apartment complex last night and I am definitely improving in my putting consistency
I am going to try to make it out to a Ping Demo Day at Meadow brook farms on Saturday. I was hoping to play a round there after the demo days, but their tee times are $90 until 2 pm haha frick that

i got my first video lesson last week and my teacher changed my swing up a lot

Played 12 holes at La Tour yesterday morning. Hit the ball all over the lot but was hot with the putter. 16 putts

Left before that. Father in law has had a couple close calls with lightning on the course so if he sees a bolt 15 miles off he's gone. If I couldn't chip and putt I would shoot 130. Need a lot of range time
